Cory Aquino was and is an inspiration to many Filipinos. She sacrificed her quiet life as a home maker for her country. She embraced the dream of her husband as her own. She showed simplicity even when she can be otherwise. She was truly an icon. I will always remember her as a loving mother, wife and leader.Thank you for giving so much for our country.
