WFW - Psalm 119:14

(Image from Heartlight.org)

Now that I have my own kids, it is only now that I truly comprehend how obedience matters to a parent. I realize that it does break a mother's heart if the kids won't obey... So it must be really heart breaking for God if we read His word and disobey him. We need to realize that obedience to the Word of God is most important in our life. When we obey, we would have the greatest treasures in the world!

Yes amen. I often think how our Father must get so frustrated with His children... I know I do with mine.

Great word and very encouraging to look at such an important part of our walk: obedience. Loved it!

just came from watching a TV program..the world's strictest parents and the overall problems of the kids are obedience.
Give that and they gain so much.
And we are His children and He is our Lord and Master...so much more than a friend.

Very beautiful WFW! I totally understand it too know that I have a daughter of my own. I am always asking her why she can listen to me and do as I ask. It seems like God is prob. asking the same thing about me sometimes! So I need to keep working on it too..
